Admission to Aldersgate Weekday School

Admission to Aldersgate Weekday School is paid for in monthly tuition payments along with an initial registration fee.

Monthly Afterschool Tuition: 2024-2025  (11 months)

• Full-time student:                 $210.00
• Full-time sibling:                   $180.00
• Full-time 3rd sibling:            $160.00

• Part-time student (3 days or less):                 $180.00
• Part-time sibling (3 days or less):                   $160.00
• Part-time 3rd sibling (3 days or less):            $140.00

Registration Fees

For new students, there is a $75.00 application fee due with your registration form. Returning students have a $50.00 fee due at registration. Families new to our camps will need to pay a $30 registration fee.  All Registration fees are Non-Refundable.

Financial Assistance

A limited number of partial scholarships are available each year. Scholarship forms are due by June 15th for review by the Scholarship Committee. All applications are confidential.

Medical Information

An updated physical and current immunization record from your child’s doctor is required every year of enrollment.  If your child has a legal, medical exemption from any vaccination required by the state of NC, please see the Director.  Aldersgate Weekday School does not accept vaccination exemptions based on statements of religious belief or opposition to the immunization requirements.
