After School at Aldersgate
Our After School program is for children in grades Kindergarten to 8th grade. The Durham Public Schools transportation department provides transportation for the children from the schools to our location. Each class has twenty children with two teachers. The classes rotate to different activities throughout the afternoon including: playground, snack, homework, and gym for organized group games. We also provide afternoon snacks each day. All of our staff are CPR certified and first aid trained.
Monthly Afterschool Tuition: 2025-2026 (11 months)
- Full-time student: $220.00
- Full-time sibling: $190.00
- Full-time 3rd sibling $170.00
- Part-time student (3 days or less): $190.00
- Part-time sibling (3 days or less): $170.00
- Part-time 3rd sibling (3 days or less): $150.00
Year-round pays: July – May
Traditional/Excelsior pays: August – June
Aldersgate Intersession Camp – Spring 2025
Registration for Spring Intersession Camp opens Monday, January 27th for Afterschool families. Camp sign up is open on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your child a spot, a completed registration form and a 50% non refundable, non transferrable deposit must be turned in to the Afterschool office or emailed to Evelyn.
As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30am -6:00 pm.

Week 1: March 17 – 21 Mad Scientist Week
There will be lots of experiments and fun making messes.

This week we will play lots of our favorite games and some regular board
games will be played on a much larger scale! Even our own Game show on Friday.
