A 50% deposit is required to hold your registration space.
Intersession Camp hours are from 7:30 am- 6:00 pm. Please pack your lunch each day except the end of the week – we will offer a special lunch on the last day of each camp week.
Week 1: December 16 – 20 Christmas Camp!
We will make our famous gingerbread houses! We will also design our own Polar Express cars, along with lots of great Winter crafts.

Aldersgate Weekday School has limited openings in the our 5 day 2’s, 2 day 2’s and 4 day 4’s classes. Please call (919) 479-8686 for more information or email Evelyn the Director, evie@aldersgate.org.
Preschool hours are 9:00 – 12:00pm and all students are required to be up to date on the recommended immunizations.

Fall Intersession is fast approaching!
Intersession will be held Sept 18th thru Oct. 4th.
Camp sign up is open on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your child a spot, a completed registration form and a 50% non refundable, non transferrable deposit must be turned in to the Afterschool office or emailed to Evelyn Johnson. If your child is new to Aldersgate please also complete the 2024-2025 Afterschool information form and there is a $30 new family registration fee.
As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30am -6:00 pm. You will need to provide a lunch each day (expect for Friday’s – you may purchase lunch). Snacks will be provided.

Activities to celebrate Out of this world day, Art day, and end the week with Cozy/comfy day.

Kindergarten Afterschool Registration is NOW open!
Please submit your 2024-2025 information form along with the $75 new student registration fee. You may either drop them off at Aldersgate or Email Evelyn – evie@aldersgate.org and there will be a link to pay online.
1st through 8th grade registration opens on April 1, 2024.
With the new districting of Durham Public Schools it is my understanding that any Magnet school in the Northern district will bus to Aldersgate along with our base school Eno Valley and Excelsior.

Aldersgate Weekday Ministries strives to provide a Christian summer camp program for preschool aged children.

Times:
Monday through Friday. Camp begins at 9:00 am. Pick up time is 12:00 noon.
What to Bring:
Please send a change of clothes along with a backpack to take artwork home. Always bring a smile.
Fees:
Each week of camp tuition is $160 if you register and pay your 50% non-refundable deposit by June 1st.
**Tuition after June 1st is $170.00 per week.**
Any child new to Aldersgate Weekday School, not enrolled in our preschool, will also have an additional $30 Registration Fee.
Lunch Bunch:
From 12:00-1:00 for $8 on Tuesday and Thursday
