Kindergarten Afterschool Registration is NOW open!

Please submit your 2024-2025 information form along with the $75 new student registration fee.  You may either drop them off at Aldersgate or Email Evelyn – evie@aldersgate.org and there will be a link to pay online.

1^st through 8^th grade registration opens on April 1, 2024.

With the new districting of Durham Public Schools it is my understanding that any Magnet school in the Northern district will bus to Aldersgate along with our base school Eno Valley and Excelsior.

Community registration for the 2024-2025 school year will begin on Tuesday, February 6^th.  In order to hold a spot for the 2024-2025 a $75 new student registration fee must accompany your registration form.  All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Spring Intersession is fast approaching!

Intersession will be held March 18th thru April 5th.

Camp sign up is open on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your child a spot, a completed registration form and a 50% non refundable, non transferrable deposit must be turned in to the Afterschool office or emailed to Evelyn Johnson.

As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30am -6:00 pm.

Week 1: Mad Scientist Week March 18 – 22

There will be lots of experiments and fun making messes.

Our week will have lots of exciting Easter and Spring crafts and activities.
We will have an Easter egg hunt on Thursday.

Week 3: Animal Safari  April 1 – 5

We will have crafts, games and activities all about animals. And even some live animal
visitors.

Aldersgate Weekday Ministries strives to provide a Christian summer camp program for preschool aged children.

Themes:

Week 1 – Summer Fun – June 3-7

Week 2 – Dinosaur Adventures – July 22-26

Week 3 – Pirates & Princesses – July 29-August 2

Week 4 – Wacky Science Fun – August 5-9

Week 5 – Travel to Outer Space – August 12-16

Times:

Monday through Friday. Camp begins at 9:00 am. Pick up time is 12:00 noon.

What to Bring:

Please send a change of clothes along with a backpack to take artwork home. Always bring a smile.

Fees:

Each week of camp tuition is $160 if you register and pay your 50% non-refundable deposit by June 1st.
**Tuition after June 1st is $170.00 per week.**

Any child new to Aldersgate Weekday School, not enrolled in our preschool, will also have an additional $30 Registration Fee.

Lunch Bunch:

From 12:00-1:00 for $8 on Tuesday and Thursday

The time is here again for us to make our winter camp plans for our children. Registration is now open and is on a first come, first served basis.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your registration space.

As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30 am- 6:00 pm.  Please pack you student’s lunch each day, except at the end of the camp week. We will offer a special lunch on the last day of camp.

Week 1: December 15 – 21  Christmas Camp!

We will make our famous gingerbread houses!  We will also design our own Polar Express cars, along with lots of great Christmas crafts.

We are offering day camp for elementary aged students on Tuesday, January 16.

• The hours will be from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
• The cost is $60 for the day.
• $3 Pizza, fruit, dessert and lemonade

Aldersgate Weekday School does require all students to be current on all immunizations.
