Registration for Intersession for Fall 2019 will open on Monday, August 19th for our current afterschool families and on Monday, August 26th for the community. Intersession Camp registration is on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve your child’s space, a completed registration form and a 50% deposit must be turned into the Aldersgate Afterschool office.
Intersession camp hours are 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Week 1: September 23-27 Mystical week with Wizards & Fairies
We will have fun as we travel to the mystical world of wizards and fairies – through crafts, games and other activities.

Week 2: Sept. 30 – October 4 Random acts of Kindness
We will make special gifts for groups in our community, as well as each other. We will play games and have a special visitor come to camp
this week.

Week 3: October 7 – 11 – Lego Mania and Fortnite – FULL
We will build Lego creations everyday – and save them for our parents to see when they pick us up. Along with lots of games and other
crafts. We also have a group coming in to make special Lego creations with us.

Aldersgate Weekday Ministries strives to provide a Christian summer camp program to children who are rising Kindergarten thru rising 6th grade.
Times:
Aldersgate Weekday School Summer Camp is open Monday through Friday, June 10 – July 19, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Camp is closed July 1 – July 5.
Fees:
For families currently enrolled in our After School program at Aldersgate Weekday School, the weekly summer camp fee is $180 for the first child. If more than one child in the family is enrolled, the second child’s weekly fee is $170.
Families new to Aldersgate Weekday School will pay $200 per week for the first child enrolled in camp and $190 for a second child enrolled. An additional registration form must be filled out with a $15.00 registration fee.
A 50% deposit of total camps is due at time of registration in order to guarantee a space in camp.

Sign your preschooler up for Summer Camp fun at Aldersgate Weekday School. We have four fantastic weeks of camp planned for our preschool aged friends!
Times:
Preschool Camp is Monday through Friday, beginning at 9:00 am. Pick up time is 12:00 noon.
What to Bring:
Please send a change of clothes along with a backpack to take artwork home. Always bring a
smile.
Fees:
Cost is $140.00 per child, per week. A 50% deposit of total camps is due at time of registration
in order to guarantee a space in camp.
Lunch Bunch:
We offer Lunch Bunch from 12:00-1:00 for $6 on Tuesday and Thursday

Fall Intersession registration will open on Monday, August 20.
Intersession Camp sign up is open on a first come, first serve basis. In order to hold your child a spot, a completed registration form and a 50% non refundable, non transferrable deposit must be turned in to the Afterschool office.
As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Tuition is $170 (1st child) and $160 for all siblings
Week 1: Spirit Week
September 24 – 28
We will have a different theme each day – that will include the games we play, crafts and special visitors.
- We will have Game Day, Tie Dye Day, Music, Arts Day and Team Spirit day. And on Friday, we will celebrate by wearing our pj’s!
Week 2: Lego Mania!
October 1 – 5
Back by popular demand! J Let’s Build! We will create our own Lego masterpieces each day. We will display them in the hall so everyone can see them. We will also have a visit from the Lego Robotics team from Museum of Life and Science. We will have fun games and crafts each day as well.
Week 3: Hoedown on the Farm
October 8 – 12
Grab your Cowboy hat and boots and get ready for a great time on the Farm! Join us on the farm for lots of downhome fun and activities. And some 4 legged visitors.
Registration for Afterschool at Aldersgate 2018-2019 opens for current students and families on February 26th.
Families new to the Afterschool program can register beginning March 5th.
