Registration will open Tuesday, November 12th for current after-school families. Community registration will begin Monday, November 18th. Camp sign up is on a first come, first serve basis.
As a reminder, camp hours are from 7:30 am- 6:00 pm. Please pack your lunch daily. (Except for Fun Friday!)
Week 1: December 23-27 – Camp is CLOSED
Week 2: December 30, 31 Jan. 2, 3 – Happy New Year Celebration
We will celebrate the New Year all week with crafts, learning about different traditions and lots of games. Closed January 1st.
Week 3: January 6, 7, 8 Winter Wonderland! – FULL
(Easley returns to school Thursday)
We will experience lots of winter activities this week, and have some special guests. We will have some fun with snow also! (Hopefully just the pretend kind.)

Registration for Intersession for Fall 2019 will open on Monday, August 19th for our current afterschool families and on Monday, August 26th for the community. Intersession Camp registration is on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve your child’s space, a completed registration form and a 50% deposit must be turned into the Aldersgate Afterschool office.
Intersession camp hours are 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Week 1: September 23-27 Mystical week with Wizards & Fairies
We will have fun as we travel to the mystical world of wizards and fairies – through crafts, games and other activities.
$180 child 1 / $170 sibs / families who attend Aldersgate WDS Afterschool
$200 child 1/ $190 sibs / Community families
Week 2: Sept. 30 – October 4 Random acts of Kindness
We will make special gifts for groups in our community, as well as each other. We will play games and have a special visitor come to camp
this week.

Week 3: October 7 – 11 – Lego Mania and Fortnite – FULL
We will build Lego creations everyday – and save them for our parents to see when they pick us up. Along with lots of games and other
crafts. We also have a group coming in to make special Lego creations with us.

Spring Intersession is right around the corner. I hope that means the warm weather is on the way! We hope you will join us for camp this March and April.

Themes for Spring Intersession
Week 1: March 18 – 22 The Magic of Camp
$170 child 1 / $160 siblings
We will learn some magic tricks and make some things appear and disappear! As well as fun crafts and experiments.
Week 2: March 25 – 29 How does your Garden grow?
$170 child 1 / $160 siblings
This week we will be planting, digging and working in the garden outside as well as creating some special plants to take home.
Week 3: April 1 – 5 Shark Tank Inventions
$170 child 1/ $160 siblings
This week we will provide lots of materials for the students to use to create an invention to bring to the Shark Tank. They will share their inventions at the end of the week.

We will make our famous gingerbread houses! We will also make our own Polar Express, along with lots of great Christmas crafts.
Week 2: December 24-28 Camp is CLOSED

September 24 – 28
We will have a different theme each day – that will include the games we play, crafts and special visitors.
- We will have Game Day, Tie Dye Day, Music, Arts Day and Team Spirit day. And on Friday, we will celebrate by wearing our pj’s!
Week 2: Lego Mania!
October 1 – 5
Back by popular demand! J Let’s Build! We will create our own Lego masterpieces each day. We will display them in the hall so everyone can see them. We will also have a visit from the Lego Robotics team from Museum of Life and Science. We will have fun games and crafts each day as well.
Week 3: Hoedown on the Farm
October 8 – 12
Grab your Cowboy hat and boots and get ready for a great time on the Farm! Join us on the farm for lots of downhome fun and activities. And some 4 legged visitors.

Mad Scientist Week – There will be lots of messy experiments as well as a special guest who will do a water experiment with the students.

Easter Extravaganza – This week we will celebrate Easter! We will have lots of fun activities and games as well as crafts. Of course, we will have our Easter egg hunt on Thursday!
Week 3: April 2 – 6 $170 child 1/ $160 siblings
Giant Game Week – This week we will play lots of our favorite games and some regular board games will be played on a much larger scale!

Fall Intersession 2017 Weekly Themes
Week 1: Lego Mania!
September 24 – 29

Week 2: Rainforest Adventure
October 2 – 6
Let’s travel to the Rainforest. We will learn about the animals that live there and all the unique plants. We will create some animals of our own. If it happens to rain during our Rainforest week – come dressed to go out in the rain J. We will even have a visit from some animals this week.
Week 3: Fall Carnival – This week is FULL
October 9 – 13
We will celebrate the cooler weather with a Fall Carnival. We will play games and create fall carnival crafts each day. Face painting and a cake walk on Friday will end this fun week!
Registration will open Monday, February 6th

Week 1: March 30th – 31st $90 per child
Costume Day (Thursday) and Favorite Toy Day (Friday) – The children submitted their ideas for camp this week during our ERD in January and then each class voted on the themes they liked.
- Thursday they can wear their favorite costume or just have crazy hair.
- Friday they may bring their favorite toy – but no drones, iPad or cellphones.
(Monday thru Wednesday 27-29th are snow make-up days)
Week 2: April 3rd – 7th $170 child 1 / $160 siblings
Spirit Week – We will have a different theme each day – that will include the games we play, crafts and special visitors. Monday: Mixed-up Monday Tuesday: Sports Day Wednesday: Mad Scientist Day
Thursday: Twin Day Friday: Scavenger Hunt Day
Week 3: April 10th – 13th (Closed April 14th – Good Friday)
